Summary

By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. By placing an order at Nation of Nmds (559098-7631), you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents’ permission to purchase products from us. For orders outside of Sweden, a phone number is mandatory. All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Nation of Nmds according to law and with your permission. Events outside Nation of Nmds control shall be considered force majeure. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order, unless there is a clear and obvious error, in which case Nation of Nmds reserves the right to void and refund the purchase. Please note that local charges may occur. Nation of Nmds reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice. Orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs and duties fees upon arrival. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.

Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. By placing an order at Nation of Nmds, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed from Nation of Nmds for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing and signed by Nation of Nmds.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within one (1) to two (2) working days following the confirmation email. Please note that dispatch time might take longer due to high seasons-sales, unexpected events or availability of product. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. If the product is out of stock our customers have the opportunity to pre-order our products with an estimate on when the product shall be shipped. We will inform our customers via email or text when the product is ready to be shipped.   

Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Nation of Nmds according to GDPR rules. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to Nation of Nmds and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Nation of Nmds to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Nation of Nmds conditions, you agree to the above. For all inquiries regarding personal data, please send your request in an email to hello@nationofnmds.com. Once you have made a purchase through www.nationofnmds.com you might receive updates about new products, special invitations to our events, stories and exclusive deals. To unsubscribe from our email list, please click the link “Unsubscribe from this list” at the bottom of our emails.

Force Majeure

Events outside Nation of Nmds control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Nation of Nmds is released from Nation of Nmds obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Payments

All products remain Nation of Nmds property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

All transfers conducted through Nation of Nmds are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made. Nation of Nmds provides a Shopify payment solution with the following payment methods: Visa/Mastercard, Amex, Klarna, Paypal, Apple Pay, Klarna, BanContact, iDEAL, Shopify Pay and Apple Pay.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges may occur (sales tax, customs duty), depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Information on Cookies

Nation of Nmds uses cookies to create a better shopping experience for you. For example, keeping track of what products you have in your shopping cart or what product pages you have just visited. We will never save any of your personal information, such as name, address or password.

Nation of Nmds reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Nation of Nmds has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Nation of Nmds shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Return Policy Summary

Contact Nation of Nmds before returning any items. Email us at hello@nationofnmds.com. Please write your name and order number in the email. You have the right to return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original condition. If there are any signs that the product is used, we will not be able to accept the return. If you would like to simply switch to another product please contact us directly. If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.

Please contact Nation of Nmds before returning any items. It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. As part of the return complaint, the customer contacts Nation of Nmds and gives information relevant to the return and the reason for the complaint, along with any photos or videos of the product, if applicable. 

Refunds

You have the right to return the product within 14 days of delivery and get a refund. The product must be unused and in original condition. A refund will not be made if the product is damaged or used. In case of a return we will refund your payment, excluding shipping costs, via the same means used to make the initial purchase. Any payment costs related to the purchase will not be refunded. We refund the money as soon as we receive the return. Please be aware that the handling of your return will take a bit longer during holidays or other unusual periods, such as inclimate weather. 

Warranty & Repair

If you need to make a claim regarding your product purchased at nationofnmds.com, please contact us at hello@nationofnmds.com. We will evaluate the defect and do our best to help you. Claim rights do not apply to defects caused by wear and tear or incorrect usage. Our warranty covers manufacturing errors, and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 

Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by loss, theft, fire, water or a natural disaster.
• Damage caused by improper use, discoloration or accidents.
• Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification.
• Aesthetic changes and damages due to normal wear and aging.

We only accept warranty claims that are accompanied by original documents from authorized retailers or our official website.

Power Bank

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, incidental loss or use beyond the instructions in the user manual. A lithium-ion battery power bank is included with all Nation of Nmds weekender bags. This battery power bank is allowed on most international and domestic flights. It meets the requirements of TSA and FAA rules and guidelines. Always make sure to stay up to date with potential changes to these rules and regulations.

These safety guidelines will help you operate your power bank safely, to ensure your personal safety and to reduce the risks of fire, electric shock, or injury.

•  Always follow the instructions and warnings closely.
• Do not open the device; there are no serviceable parts inside.
• Your power bank should only be charged with the included cables.
• Do not operate the power bank near a heat source, a heat vent, or under direct sunlight for long durations. Your power bank should be used indoors between the temperatures of 0°C-35°C (32°F-95°F).
• Do not cover the power bank with paper or other materials that may obstruct with the cooling of the power bank.
• To prevent injury and/or property damage, disconnect the input power cable from the power bank when it is not used.
• Do not leave the power bank unattended while in use.
• The Power bank may become hot during normal operation. Please handle the power bank carefully during and immediately after operation.
• While operating the power bank, check periodically that the input and output cables are connected firmly. Loose power cables can generate harmful heat and can damage the power bank.
• Do not use your power bank in a wet environment. For example, near bathtubs, sinks, or swimming pools.
• Verify the power requirement of the device you intend to charge before operating your adapter, charging with the wrong voltage or wattage may harm your device.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except as expressly set forth in the Warranty contained herein, Nation of Nmds makes no warranty or representation and there are no conditions, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, of any kind whatsoever with respect to the product, including but not limited to the merchantability of the product or its fitness for any particular purpose or use, design, condition, quality, or performance of the product, or workmanship of the product or the components contained therein. Nothing contained in the user/instruction guide/manual shall be construed to create an express warranty of any kind whatsoever with respect to the product.

Nation of Nmds shall not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase, use or misuse of, or inability to use the product or arising directly or indirectly from the use or loss of use of the product or from the breach of the express warranty, including incidental, special, consequential or similar damages, or loss of anticipated profits or benefits, or for damages arising from any tort (including negligence) or fault committed by Nation of Nmds, its agents or employees, or for any breach of contract or for any claim brought against you by any other party.

 This limited warranty shall not extend to anyone other than the original purchaser of this product and states your exclusive remedy. If any portion of this limited warranty is held illegal or unenforceable by reason of any law, such partial illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the enforceability for the remainder of this limited warranty which you acknowledge is and will always be construed to be limited by its terms or as limited as the law permits.

 This Warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in any way. The warranty is in addition to (and does not exclude or modify in any way) any non-excludable statutory rights you may have. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions of implied or deemed conditions or warranties, so the above limitation or exclusions may not apply to you.
