OUR RETURN POLICY

Contact Nation of Nmds before returning items by emailing hello@nationofnmds.com. Please write your name and order number in the email. You have the right to return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in original condition. If there are any signs that the product is used, we will not accept the return. If you would like to switch to another product, please contact us. If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.

REFUNDS

You have the right to return the product within 14 days of delivery and get a refund. The product must be unused and in original condition. A refund will not be made if the product is damaged or used. In case of a return we will refund your payment, excluding shipping costs, via the same means used to make the initial purchase. Any payment costs related to the purchase will not be refunded. We refund the money as soon as we receive the return. Please be aware that the handling of your return will take a bit longer during major holidays.

WARRANTY & REPAIR

If you need to make a claim regarding your product purchased at nationofnmds.com, please use hello@nationofnmds.com. We will evaluate the product and do our best to help you. Claim rights do not apply to defects caused by wear and tear or incorrect usage. Our warranty covers manufacturing errors, and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Our warranty does not cover:

-Damage caused by loss, theft, fire, water or a natural disaster.
-Damage caused by improper use, discoloration or accidents.
-Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification.
-Aesthetic changes and damages due to normal wear and aging.

We only accept warranty claims that are accompanied by original documents from authorized retailers or our official website.
