How do I change or cancel my order?
We are unable to change the ordered products or the quantity selected, once an order is placed. We suggest that you contact us to cancel the original order, before placing a new order with the correct item(s) on our website, at your convenience. SHIPPING

How much is shipping?
We offer free international shipping.

How long does shipping take?
We usually ship new orders within 48 hours, and the average delivery time is 3-5 days.

Where do you ship to?
We ship almost everywhere, with very few exceptions. For an updated list of areas that we are currently unable to send orders to, please email hello@nationofnmds.com

Where do you ship from?
We currently have two warehouses. One is in Stockholm, Sweden and the other one is in Los Angeles, USA. Where we ship your order from depends on where in the world you live.

I am sending this as a gift. Does the packing slip mention the price?
No, our itemized packaging slips does not include any pricing information.

Where is my package?
You will get an order confirmation with all of the details you need within 24 hours of placing your order.

What are my delivery options?
While you can ship to home, office, and pick-up point addresses, know that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, army post offices, and fleet post offices at this time. If you’re having problems with your delivery, please contact your local courier.

PAYMENTS

Does your website protect my payment method? Is it safe?
Yes, absolutely. All purchases from Nation of Nmds are handled and transacted through a world-renowned third party dedicated gateway to guarantee your protection and safety.

Who is your payment solution provider?
We work with Shopify Payment Solutions. What are the payment options? We accept VISA/Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, BanContact, iDEAL, and Shopify Pay. Don’t see your favorite option? Email us at hello@nationofnmds.com.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is the window for me to return my product?
Not that you’ll want to give it back, but we offer free returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in original condition.

How do I initiate a return?
Spend 20 seconds sending your full name and order number to hello@nationofnmds.com to start the return process, and we’ll take it from there.

When can I expect my refund?
You can expect your full refund (excluding any applicable shipping costs) within 3-5 business days of the product arriving at our return department, via the same payment option that you used to make the initial purchase.

WARRANTY & REPAIR

My product was damaged in transit. Now what?
We’re here to help, and recognize that it happens. Please share details and photos with us, so that we can file a claim and get you help. Send everything to hello@nationofnmds.com, and include original documents and proof of purchase from authorized retailers or our official website.

My product is defected. What do I do?
While our warranty does not apply to defects caused by wear and tear or incorrect usage, it does cover manufacturing errors. Share details with hello@nationofnmds.com and we’ll help.

How long does the warranty last?
The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. What does the warranty cover? The warranty covers manufacturing errors and defects. It does not cover damage caused by loss, theft, fire, water, natural disasters, improper use, discoloration, accidents, unauthorized repairs, aesthetic changes or damages due to normal wear and aging, or modifications.

Do you ever offer discounts?
Although rare, we do. Follow us on social media and sign up for our newsletter so that you don’t miss out.

I have a discount code. How do I use it?
There’s a section for this on the checkout page. Add your code, and do not finalize your purchase until the new (discounted) rate is visible and updated on the checkout page.

I am an influencer and want to collaborate. Now what?
While we normally don’t work with influencers, we are always looking for likeminded people and fellow nomads. If you like our brand, chances are good that we’ll like you, too. Send an introduction to hello@nationofnmds.com and we’ll set something fun up.

Do you think it takes “a certain type of person” to read through the FAQ page in search of Easter Eggs or discounts?
Yes, most definitely, but if you didn’t you’d have no idea that “FAQ10” gets you 10% off your entire order.

PRODUCT CARE

How do I care for the weekender bag?
Use a damp wash cloth, some cold water and a little bit of dish soap to wipe down the canvas in circular motions. Rinse the washcloth free of any soap and work out the soap from the canvas, going with the grain of the bag.

THE POWER BANK

What type of battery/charger comes with the bag?
It’s a lithium-ion battery power bank.

Can I bring the power bank on a flight?
It’s allowed on most international and domestic flights, and meets the requirements of the TSA and FAA rules and guidelines. For most recent regulations, please contact your local authority.

Can I charge my power bank with any cable?
For your safety and in order to maximize the lifetime usage of your product, please only use the charging cable that the battery comes with.

Can the battery power bank overheat?
Yes, especially if it’s near a heat source, heat vent, or under direct sunlight for a longer period. Try to limit usage to indoor only, ideally between temperatures of 0°C-35°C (32°F-95°F).

How do I care for the power bank?
Do not cover the power bank with paper or other materials that may obstruct with the cooling of the Power bank. To prevent injury and/or property damage, disconnect the input power cable from the power bank when it is not used. Do not leave the power bank unattended while in use. While operating the power bank, check periodically that the input and output cables are connected firmly. Loose power cables can generate harmful heat and can damage the power bank. Do not use your power bank in a wet environment. For example, near bathtubs, sinks, or swimming pools. Verify the power requirement of the device you intend to charge before operating your adapter, charging with the wrong voltage or wattage may harm your device.

Is there a product minimum for placing a corporate gifting order?
Yes, our corporate gifting team can assist you with orders of 10 or more items. If you’d like to place an order for 10 items or less, you can do that directly on our website. Do you provide samples? If you’re interested in making a corporate purchase but want to see the product in person, we encourage you to place an order directly on our website. If you decide that the product is not for you, you can return it free of charge within 14 days of receiving the product.
